Avfallshåndtering (Waste handling)  

    SØPPEL/AVFALLS HÅNTERING  (English below)

Avfall sorteres i 1) mat/biologisk avfall, 2) rest avfall (plast/metal osv), 3) glass/flasker og 4) papp/papir/aviser.  Avfall bæres ned til søppel rommene i kjeller (2.etasje) og kastes i korrekt kontainer.

    1. BRUNE LOKK beholdere er til mat & biologisk avfall. Egne søppel poser til mat/biologisk avfall ligger i pappesker i søppel-rommet. Bruk gjerne 2 poser, da poser er oppløselige
    2. SORTE LOKK beholdere er til rest avfall (plast & metall, emballasje m/mat rester, annet)
    3. ORANGE LOKK beholdere er til flasker & glass
    4. GRØNNE beholdere (blir senere Blå) i kjeller gang er til papp, aviser og papir avfall (pappesker skal klappes samens)
    5. RØD liten beholder/kasse er i hovedsak til brukte batterier og lyspærer (LED osv)
  • Ikke kast møbler, elektronikk store ting nede i beholdere, søppel rom eller i ganger 
  • Store mengde flasker, metal og plast avleveres i miljøstasjonen ved matbutikken  Extra / Kannik i Engelsminnegata 16, opp bakken fra KB6. Se link / kart nedenfor
  • Brukte klær og annet innbo skal ikke kastes i søppel dunker - benytt gjenbruks kontainer ved Extra / Kannik 
  • Sameiet leier inn 1 til 2 ganger pr år en stor kontainer (april/mai og september/oktober), hvor beboere kan kaste store ting som møbler, elektronikk, skrot osv. Kontainer blir stående en uke med weekend i begge ender. Tidspunkt meldes ut på mail / hjemmesiden 
  • Egen henting av elektronikk, møbler osv. kan bestilles hos Rogaland Gjenvinning på

WASTE / GARBAGE HANDLING

Waste shall be sorted into 1) food/biological waste, 2) remaining waste (plastic, metal, other), 3) glass/glass bottles and 4) newspaper, paper and cardbord, and be carried down to the garbage rooms in the basement (2nd floor) and thrown into the correct container

  1. BROWN LID containers are for Food & Biological waste. Plastic bags for food waste can be picked up from the cardbord boxes inside the garbage room (2nd floor)
  2. BLACK LID containers are for remaining waste (plastic, metal, food packing, other)
  3. ORANGE LID containers are for bottles and glas
  4. GREEN LID containers (to be soon blue) are for newspaper, paper and cardboard (cardboard boxes to be flattend) in the room next to the entrance door in the basement
  5. RED small container is mainly used for batterier and light-bulbs (LED etc)
  • No furnitures, electronics or large stuff shall be thrown into any of the containers, in the garbage room or placed in hallways
  • Large amounts of bottles, metal and plastic can be thrown in the "environmental stations" (miljøstasjon) next to the foodstore Extra/Kannik at Engelsminnegata 16,  see the link above to the environmental station.
  • Used clothes/belongings are not to be thrown into the waste containers on the 2nd floor/basement, use the re-cycling and environmental correct container area at Extra
  • The apartment ownership rents 1 - 2 times a year a large garbage container (April/Mai & September/October) where everyone can throw away furniture, electronics, large "things" etc. The container will be rented for 1 full week with both weekends available. Specific timing will be given on e-mail and on the web page (see under Janitor / Relevant info).
